Yes!! We like to call ourselves MOREganic. Although we are not USDA Certified Organic. We go beyond (or take extra precaution compared to what are now the boundaries of the USDA organic label). Additionally, we choose not to use certain products that are permitted under USDA Organic labels that may have links to negative health side effects. Better safe than sorry.
And beyond your health, we care deeply for the health of other organisms at our farm. We aim to carry out regenerative practices. That is good for you, good for soil health, and good for all the macro fauna found at the farm.

There are many ways to purchase local food in our county:
You can peruse our online market, pre-order what you want, and pick up at one of our drop locations! We not only carry our delicious veggies but many other small producers' products, many of which are here in Archuleta!
Attend the Pagosa Springs Farmers Market! There, you can meet the very people that produce the food you want served at your table.

Yes! Always!! We would love to host you at the farm. For a little bit of your labor, you will get to see where your food is produced and how. You can also walk away with a box of good food. Email Chris for volunteer inquiries.
-
Yes. We are not Amazon (or some other big logistics company.) We are that way on purpose; there are just a few of us who carefully handle and package your orders. That takes time and attention. Please order a minimum of $15 of food to benefit from pre-orders.
-
All pre-orders must be placed by Wednesday at 5pm for pickup the following week.
-
We suggest offering your box to a friend or neighbor. This is a great way to promote local agriculture! If that does not work, you can ask that we deliver your food to one of the local pantries.
-
We grow your food without the use of any -cide: NO pesticides, NO fungicides, NO herbicides!
We aim to leave the land better than we found it at the start of each season. This is easier said than done, but it is our guiding principle in food production. Learn more about our growing practices.
